Delete your Valuball account
You can delete your Valuball account and all associated personal information at any time. There are two ways:
In the app (fastest)
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Available in the iOS and Android apps.
By request
Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll action your request — no need to reinstall the app.
What happens
We permanently remove your personal information from our systems and request deletion from our sub-processors, subject to the limited legal retention exceptions in our Privacy Policy (for example, billing records). If you signed in with Apple, we revoke the Sign in with Apple token as part of deletion. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it where you bought it (App Store, Google Play, or web) first. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
